The Regional Financial leader will serve as a key member of the Financial Leadership Team.
- He will be responsible for delivering value-added business analysis as well as defining and reporting meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful, accurate business decision-making.
- He will be responsible for overseeing a financial planning organization that has a comprehensive understanding of all key business drivers and sophisticated financial models that enable the team to deliver insightful, value-added analysis across the company, including consolidated as well as regional analyses.
- Create an account management strategy and methodology that ensures customer adoption and success, increases renewal rates and revenues, and measurably increases customer satisfaction.
- Define new business models, processes, workflow and reports to support the program.
- Study customer analytics and set key metrics to be used to measure program adoption and success.
- Define requirements that are scalable and support future growth.
- Outline resource requirements and build the customer success team relying heavily on internal resources where available.
- Develop and oversee a customer community program that promotes product use, enhances a self-service model and strengthens communication.
- Balance efficiency with productivity; automating processes where possible.
- Review available resources and develop a plan and budget to augment and develop the creation of the customer success program with attainable ROI.
- Develop and maintain thought leadership and presence for the Oracle customer success program.
- The ideal candidate will be or will have functioned in a senior role in global company.
- He/she will have very solid management skills with prior experience managing teams with a strong desire for results and track record of supporting operations and helping to grow a business.
- Required to have 10-15 years of experience; overall must also have significant finance and analysis experience - must be very comfortable with FP&A best-in-class processes, forecasting, trends analysis and be willing to be hands-on in this area.
- Operationally savvy financial leader that has proven growth experience through partnering with operational leaders.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions; specifically with integration.
- Experience in tech industry preferred.
- Successful track record in managing high growth environments (revenue and margin).
- Able to drive influence; agile leader that is able to leverage all aspects of the business when necessary.
- Experience working in the US or for a US parent company.
- Strong general business acumen; excellent understanding of industry, financial analysis/management, P&L and budgeting.
- Effective in using state of the art of analysis tools to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful accurate forecasts.
- Strong background in guidance, budgeting, forecasting, quarterly reporting.
- A 'hands on leader' that is a predictive, adaptive and humble leader.
- Experienced in compliance and compliance related issues.
- Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.
- High degree of integrity to handle confidential assignments.
