5+ Years of experience

Bachelors/Masters/Engineering with Computer Science

Knowledge of Oracle SaaS (Fusion or other App) / PaaS (DB, MW)

Skills needed:

The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Certification exams for Oracle University by engaging a team of SMEs and Product experts. The candidate is required to have a strong background in the education Industry with experience in exam building methodologies. The candidate is required to have excellent verbal, written communication skills and project management skills.

- Instructional Design background

- Experience with Bloom's Taxonomy, conducting Job Task Analsys

- Experience in Certification Industry

- Dev Standards and Models, prioritization of key processes,

- Understanding of what it takes to produce candidate value in an exam, Assessment Business Justification

- Professionalism and confidence to defend exams, processes, and exam content

- Professional PM Skills

- Tolerance for ambiguity, especially in the fast moving Cloud space

- Creative problem solver, Troubleshooter (tools, unique stakeholder requests, resource constraints- )

- Excellent communication and people skills to influence and manage diverse group of SMEs

- Leadership: manage high level SMEs, promote Voice of the Customer, Negotiate stakeholder needs

- Psychometrics: Working knowledge of statistics; ability to review exam performance data to identify issues/concerns

- Comfortable working with technical content and teams

- Assessment Business experience to manage exam portfolio across markets and geographies
