Job Title: Campus Recruitment Consultant
Grade: IC3/4
Location: Bangalore, India
Purpose: Manage end-to-end campus recruitment process for a specific location and/or business unit. This role manages the internship and full-time hiring of students and those who have graduated from tertiary education within the last 6 months.
Description: Campus Recruiters are responsible for the building our brand and cultivating relationships across key universities to facilitate the hiring of junior talent into Oracle. This role requires a strong focus on project management, relationship management, employment branding, assessment and candidate management to ensure only the best talent is hired.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business to confirm headcount annual demand figures and allocations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, creating yearly campus plans for each client
- Host showcase initiatives such as Firmwide presentations to promote roles
- Design and launch awareness campaigns to build pipeline with junior/diversity candidates
- Management of Student Ambassadors and Business Representatives to ensure marketing events meet Oracle Brand requirements
- Understand university rules, timeframes, stakeholders and competitor practices on campus
- Liaise with universities to identify new opportunities to partner on campus
- Conduct resume screening and HR interviews with each candidate on behalf of business
- Guide the business participants in their assessments to facilitate strong hiring decisions
- Assist with the design and management of the Summer Internship program for conversion
- Provide statistical reporting and analysis for business and recruitment management to track progress and identify trends
- Work across HR organization with partner teams to ensure delivery of campus model such as L&D, C&B, HR Business Partners and Onboarding
- Design a high touch candidate management system to ensure a personalized experience
- Participate in regional recruitment projects each year for process improvement & innovation
- Relationship management and engagement of staff across all levels from program participants to senior executives
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background:
- Strong understanding of universities and Generation Y
- Broad exposure to marketing/branding fundamentals including social media
- Solid training in assessment methodologies
- Prior ownership of a client group and strong stakeholder management
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Taleo preferable)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in campus and/or large volume recruitment campaigns, 3+ years (ideally within technology or professional services)
- Macro understanding of technology or ability to acquire this
