About Line of Business: GFIC - Global Finance Information Center is the Line of Business which is the Captive of Oracle which takes care of the Entire F&A (finance and accounting) activities of Oracle Hardware and Software products. There are multiple process within GFIC
Contract Management - This Team helps in Signing up Legal Agreements with the Customer post the ustomer agreeing to Buy product from Oracle
Customer Agreements - This team helps in Creating Customer details and records and Reporting / Non Revenue Orders
OA (Order Administration) - Renews Licenses, Books New Order, end to end Quote to Order
AR - This Team raises the Invoices and sends them to the customer
Collections - This Team follows-up on the invoices and get the payment from the customer
About Process: Order Administration is the process which is the first process post sales pitch. The Sales team gets in touch with the Customers and provides raw Information about the Customers, the product or the order that they want to purchase or place.
Order Administration takes care of the entire process right from the time a Customer of Oracle agrees to buy a product till the time the Order is booked. The upstream process as mentioned earlier will be the Sales team and downstream process can be the AR team where we go ahead ask them to raise invoice for the order that's booked and the sales team again where we go back and update them that the order is booked and ask the Sales Variable team to pay the incentives to Sales consultant
Experience: 7 - 10 years
Education: Any Graduate, Any Post Graduate, No Post Graduation Required
Understanding on F&A or Order to Cash domain:
Responsibilities of Assistant Manager: (M1)
Process Management:
Should be able to explain End to End process in Current Organization
Should Talk about Upstream and Downstream process and how its inter-related
Should have handled Special Projects and done process improvement-
How do you use Change and strive for Betterment-
Should have exposure to Quality Tools
To manage day to day execution, including workload management, prioritization and utilization
People Management:
Set Goals for your Senior Analyst and Analyst
Capacity Planning and Engagement
Differentiate between goals of Senior Analyst and Analyst Level-
People Management experience of minimum 2 years of handling a Team of 10 - 15 people
Must have handled Performance Appraisal and should clearly know competencies on which their reportees are evaluated
Identify Training needs, Recruitment and Retention measures
Anticipates and prepares for change management Provides effective leadership to the operation team, ensuring team members are motivated. Identify and implement continuous process improvements and other relevant functions
Customer Engagement:
Understanding of Customer SLAs
Solution Design you have used to resolve customer issues
Build strong Customer Relationship
Mandatory:
Excellent Communication and Demonstrate Strong Process Knowledge and Operational excellence
Open to 3 Shifts (APAC - Morning, EMEA - Noon and US - 6 pm to 3 am shifts)
Must be Open to Oracle Compensation Standards
