Financial Analyst Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible to design and develop innovative long-term business strategies for the Company. You may work on internal projects or as core Finance members of project team growing the business through M&A / Buyout / leasing or other growth strategies that maximize the return on the investment of shareholders. Our Financial Analyst are responsible for advising project team members on key strategic business issues, producing leading-edge business models, and addressing specific problems and opportunities. Our Vertical comprises of Oil and Gas , Real estate and Renewables

You will also play a key role in high-level bank relationships and leading the enterprise during any M&A / Buyout / Leasing opportunity

The following are all aspects of a financial analyst's duties:

- Act as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development work

- Financial modelling and business support in due diligence.

- Model vetting.

- Capital project analysis.

- Business/investment analysis pertaining to asset divestment, service outsourcing, contract evaluation.

- Business/asset valuation.

- Feasibility/operational studies.

- Should be well versed with waterfall financial model ( Real estate )

Financial Analyst Job Description - Basic Qualifications

- 7 - 10 years of business finance or other relevant experience

- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques

- A bachelor degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or its equivalent and a relevant certification CPA, CMA or CFA. Graduate degree is desirable.

- Strong analytical and data gathering skills and strong business acumen

Personality and Interpersonal Skills

- Ability and fluency to speak to the natives / Bankers in United states and understand them

- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow

- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills

- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently

- Experience working with Leadership / Management team

- Excellent presentation skills to present to internal and external stakeholders

- Team Player
