As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work as a member of our Professional Services organization to provide expertise in the administration of Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions for our clients globally.  Responsibilities :   - Lead routine conference calls and participate in on-site meetings with clients; develop action items and follow through on tasks  - Lead client communication on a small project or on a portion of a larger project, including creation and delivery of ongoing analyses to assist clients with the future direction of their sales performance management programs  - Deliver assigned work successfully - on-time and error-free  - Collaborate with team members to develop innovative adaptable solutions in order to meet changing client business needs and create repeatable standards that can be leveraged across the organization  - Strengthen client relationships by developing excellent rapport and always going above and beyond expectations  - Develop coaching plans and deliver one-on-one skills training to entry-level employees  Prerequisites :   Specific qualifications include :  - 4-6 years professional experience, with preferred experience providing technology-based professional services, management consulting or other work providing professional services to Global 2000 companies  - Mentoring/Team Leading experience would be an added advantage  - Understanding of Sales processes/Sales performance management/Sales Compensation Management would be an added advantage  - Any Engineering Degree; MBA Preferred  - Demonstrated ability to perform effective planning, work independently and manage multiple task assignments  - Very strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment  - Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS Powerpoint)  - Inspired in a professional and collaborative work environment.  - Self-starter with out of the box thinking and creativity  - Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills  - Experience using Microsoft Office; an expert user of Microsoft Excel  - A working style that is rooted in ownership, passion, teamwork, innovation, and collaboration  - Willingness to travel
