The Lead Business Analyst will work as a member of our Professional Services organization within a customer focused project team using different software solutions to provide expertise in the implementation and administration of Sales Performance Management (SPM) applications for global clients.  Responsibilities:  - Manage client communication and lead business discussions with the client  - Advise clients with the current and future direction of their sales performance management programs and develop a long term partnership  - Lead the project team and mentor employees to help them grow into successful professionals  - Ensure the services delivered by the company conform to what has been contractually agreed and monitor the delivery of said services against agreed schedule, quality, scope and budget  - Manage resource planning and address resource related performance issues  - Report internally on project performance (services delivery, progress, economics etc.).  - Design and deliver efficient solutions in order to meet changing client business needs and create repeatable standards that can be leveraged across the organization  - Develop training plans, coach junior members and facilitate knowledge transfer across the company  - Identify new business opportunities and continuously communicate with upper management  - Manage and execute on the account planning process  - Act as an advocate for team members and develop a long-term trust-based relationship with them  Prerequisites:  - 5-7 years of experience in providing technology-based professional services or management consulting  - Any Engineering Degree; MBA Preferred  - Team management experience   - Experience with Agile methodologies is a must  - Excellent written and oral communications skills  - External client exposure at all levels and on-site experience in a client-facing role  - Experience implementing multiple IT projects  - Self-driven individual with exceptional analytical skills  - Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously  - Experience with Agile methodologies  - Mentoring / coaching experience is a must  - Experience in designing end to end solutions would be preferred
