Job Description/Job Responsibilities :

- Positions in this function involve defining strategies for Businesses / marketing using web analytics, Works with various Businesses & Product teams to develop the success strategy, and how to measure and test it.

- Predominantly involved in developing business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications, in the Digital Experience domain

- Liaise with Product teams & Business to define & align KPI and metrics

- Define campaigns

- Work with Product managers to build hypothesis and test ideas based on that

- Manage relationships with testing technology platforms and LOB clients

- Work with Release managers and product teams to align on delivery expectations

- Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.

- Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical Business issues.

- Solves complex problems and develops innovative Business and Analytics solutions.

- Performs complex conceptual analyses.

- Forecasts and plans resource requirements.

- Authorizes deviations from standards.

- May lead functional or segment teams or projects.

- Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex Business/Functional Problems/Solutions.

- Fully Proficient in Analyzing Business Requirements

- Fully Proficient in Designing & Defining KPI / Metrics / Strategies / Roadmaps & Specifications Documents

- Fully Proficient in Analyzing Application/System Designs

- Establish best Practices and Standards for testing within Product lifecycle

- Define Test Success criteria and reporting efforts

Qualification/Required Skill set :

- Total work experience of 10-12 years in IT/Functional experience.

- Solid understanding of industry patterns for Web Analytics, application architecture, Portal Architecture, and integration

- Strong Functional Experience in Web Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, in measurements, interpretation and defining strategies.

- Experience of 5+ years in Information Technology Functional Analysis experience. (HealthCare is a plus)

- Strong understanding of Portal/Web & Digital Domain

- Real time user interface development experience for web & multi-channel

- Experience with object oriented design

- Unit testing with mock objects

- Effective communication

- Proven ability to deliver software

- Significant experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms.

- Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.

- Independent communication with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines.

- Leads others toward technical accomplishment, collaborative project team efforts and achievement of important project goals.

- Experience in Agile methodology would be an advantage
