Options Trader - Equities & Derivatives - BFSI

The responsibilities would include :

1. Trading options and other vol products in order to generate returns with suitable efficiency on risk

2. Could involve taking ownership of one geography/region to begin with and the opportunity to expand once the business stabilizes

3. Could include managing/mentoring other Option traders on the desk

4. Strategizing the expansion of Options Trading to newer geographies/assets

Eligibility Criteria:

1. MBA Finance / Engineer from premier institutes / Masters in Statistics

2. 1-4 years of experience in Options Trading

a) Detailed knowledge of Options trading.

b) Ability to analyze data (qualitative & quantitative) quickly

c) Mathematical skills statistics, derivatives (ability to use mathematical tools, evaluate the output resulting from such mathematical operations and being able to understand their applicability to the practical scenario at hand)

d) Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
