- Architectural Vision: Champion and evangelize the architectural vision, steering technical delivery incrementally.

- Operational Excellence: Drive operational rigor, applying best practices and processes amid rapid organizational growth.

Experience & Skills:

- Leadership History: Proven history of strong leadership in scaling engineering startups, possibly with geographically distributed teams.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background covering the latest technologies in cloud, distributed systems, data, web, mobile, and build tools.

- Communication Skills: Ability to formulate and articulate strategy/vision and effectively drive consensus across the organization. Excellent technical communication skills at all levels.

- Organizational Judgment: Strong organizational judgment and problem-solving abilities.

- Collaborative Communication: Developed collaborative interpersonal communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening communications.

- Software Shipping Experience: Experience in shipping software or enabling others to ship high-performance, scalable software designed with testability in mind.

- Data-Driven Growth: Experience in building data-driven product growth.

- Management Experience: 7+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams in a rapidly growing environment.

- Hands-On Expertise: Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development, troubleshooting, and deployments.

- Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of agile methodologies.

- Project Management: Excellent project management skills.

- AI & Open AI Knowledge: Understanding of AI & Open AI technology and frameworks.
