There is an urgent opening with a Leading Internet Marketing MNC at Bangalore. The company having headquartered in Bangalore, has its operations in China, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Spain & Netherlands, either directly or through strategic partnerships, and are aggressively expanding into more markets.

For this position of Associate Operations, the company is looking at someone who has experience in,

1. Managing revenue and margin targets for group of accounts along with complete campaign ownership of these accounts

2. Managing a team of Senior Associate and Creative designers

3. Prioritizing work for the team and monitoring all activities to ensure timely and quality completion

4. Resolving creative or tech interfacing issues

5. Achieving inventory reachability targets by interfacing with global publisher partners

6. All inter function co-ordination which is needed to ensure that campaigns are run smoothly

7. Proactively identifying process improvement opportunities and also institutionalizing the same

8. Identifying resource staffing requirement and hiring

Qualifications required are,

1. Able to analyze large volumes of data and come up with deep insights

2. Capable of identifying issues and structuring business problems & hypotheses, Adept at conducting supporting analyses

3. Able to formulate conclusions and develop recommendations

4. Ability to define processes and own in a multi-functional environment

5. Able to set direction and lead small teams
