OPPO India - AR Specilaist

- Responsible to reconcile Quickbooks and Netsuite monthly

- Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department's goals

- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to clear the outstanding and collection of payments

- Performed AR duties including invoicing, investigating chargebacks, discrepancies and reconciliations

- Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law

- Support in monthly closing work and Annual audit work

- Follow changes and trends in industry niche and related legal regulations

- Ensure all accounts receivable procedures are in compliance with legal regulations

- Ensure timely processing and proper booking of Credit Note/ Debit Notes of customers

- Find out process improvement areas within AR and strengthen the processes with Automation

Desired Qualification :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in handling AR role

- Prior experience of working on SAP or Oracle ERP

- Excellent communication skills
