Operations Support Role

Purpose of the role :

- Credit Bureau Operations are looking for a self-motivated and resourceful team member to be part of a specialist team that is responsible to support the Global Credit Bureau Governance & Control team .

- The incumbent will assist in governing credit bureau data privacy principles (anonymity, reciprocity, standardization) and will help to ensure that the markets are protecting credit bureau information integrity, including secure information exchange.

- This candidate will drive day-to-day operational governance & ensure appropriate credit bureau reporting control management (including problem management) is upheld across international markets.

- This role is also responsible to produce and analyse weekly/ monthly / quarterly MIS to evidence that dedicated credit bureau resources conduct and manage data quality and uphold transmission oversight.

Responsibilities :

- A successful applicant will have additional responsibilities related to Credit Bureau reporting across INTL markets which would include general administration tasks that support the processes.

- Successful applicants will be required to build strong relationships with business partner groups in Credit, Collections, Fraud, CBO, Risk Management, Exec Team, Compliance in order to support their daily work and meet their goals.

- Applicants will be expected to contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes in what is a highly regulated and customer-sensitive area by taking steps to maintain quality in their own work and the process as a whole.

- Support the operational bureau governance and control across INTL markets and ensure appropriate credit bureau reporting control management is upheld.

- Support the creation of transparency on disputes and complaints drivers and enhance transparency on reject drivers (dashboards)

- Support the building & control around schedules and audit outcome reporting format for Bureau access audits & Bureau reconciliation audits

- Support streamlining of OBG dashboard population processes ensuring data integrity and accuracy

- Support the creation of transparency around regional and global BCPs

- Support management of PRSA test submissions for all Global OBG Controls (EMEA, LACC and APAC)

- Support the design of appropriate operational governance control processes & control dashboards over new processes

- Support Policy ratification process

- Maintain Submission Quality Rates, support oversight of appropriate procedures for bureau disputes handling, Complaints & Enquiries and Rejects

- Knowledge of platforms

Amex platform - GCBR/S, Tableau, Bluelight, Globestar, Triumph, RMS, CRPS, WCC, Archer

Technical platforms - SAS, SQL, Python, Hive, and Mainframe - JCL, JHS, file aid

- Experience within a governance type of environment would be a preference

- Good working Knowledge of Consumer Key Risk Credit & Collections Platforms : CSP, WCC, G- mainframe screens; GCBR/S, Tableau, Bluelight, RMS, CRPS; IvU; GCS

- Data analysis skills including the ability to analyse customer data using tools such as Excel, Axiom; IDN and key Risk Credit & Collections systems.

- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite including Powerpoint & Visio.

- Proven ability to influence the behaviour and practice of other departments in order to achieve improved processes and relationship building skills.

- Specific market language, spoken & written are essential. Fluency in English and one other European language, French & Spanish a preference.
