Job Requirement:
- Responsible for delivering operations improvement engagements like
- Cost reduction
- value engineering
- Production Efficiency improvement
- Maintenance improvement
- Logistics efficiency improvement (warehousing, transportation, trace ability, etc)
- Manpower productivity improvement
- Sales & operations planning
- Carry out work as per project plan agreed with client, training at client location, hand holding client teams on improvement areas, coordinate and conduct reviews with client site management and steering committee, reporting as per frequency, highlighting key areas of improvement, risks
- Responsible for deliverables as per the schedule agreed with the client
- Back end analysis: Industry Analysis, Client data analysis using advanced excel, analytics software, analytical tools like process mapping, statistical analysis, basic QC tools, etc
- Job requires travelling to client locations as per the engagements requirements, good presentation skills, well verse with analytical tools and making meaningful output from data obtained from client, good communication skills, ability to interact and connect with client personnel across levels
Desired Skills & qualifications:
- Graduate Engineer (Any discipline) with MBA (preferably Operations Management) from reputed institution
- Preferred - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, TPM Practitioner, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- At least 3 years of experience with industry - can be Manufacturing, Services, etc.
- Consulting experience will be desirable
