The company is currently operating in 36 cities and is aggressively expanding its presence across the country.  Job description:  Purpose: To establish operations in new cities and lead new initiatives  Location: Based out of Delhi or Bangalore with travel up to 100%  Responsibilities: Accomplish business objectives by planning, managing and scaling branch setup, operations, recruitment, business growth, and brand building.  Key Performance Indicators:  - Establish city operations for the start-up phase with a long term view and optimization of cost.  - Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for each new city  - Accomplish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.  - Achieve quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.  - Represent the brand to external stakeholders and reputation management.  - Structure and select staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Motivating and retaining staff to perform and achieve operational excellence.  - Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.  Desired skills:  - Willingness to travel extensively to Tier 1/Tier 2 cities up to 100%  - Effective team player and team management  - Performance Management, Project Management, Coaching, Supervision, Quality Management, Results Driven, Data Driven/Analytics, Developing Budgets, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Handles Pressure, Giving Feedback  - Should have prior experience at handling different cross functional teams and employees  - Post graduate from a reputed Institution with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in B2C roles
