Responsibilities :
Internal Consultant to COO to run his department partner to Retail and Corporate Branch and Operations Service Delivery (OSD) teams for executing various strategic and transformational projects
Formulating Operations strategy(Long-term- Board Level and Short term-financial year) for the vertical in conjunction with COO and team
Conceptualization, designing and implementation of first-of-its kind service delivery projects in the Bank
Creating productivity/cost frameworks, doing resource planning etc. Spearheading Cost optimization projects and identifying and implementing Service Improvement initiatives for Operations vertical Implementing various
Process Re-engineering projects for the organization- performing Gap Analysis, listing As-Is versus To-Be state and suggesting re-engineering mechanisms Performing Competition Benchmarking & GAP analysis of service delivery standards,
Researching on new trends and publishing strategic insights/recommendations to COO and MD & CEO Responsible for Performance audit & monitoring of OSD projects through continuous review meetings and publishing updates to Top Management
Candidate Profile MBA from a premier B-school Work Ex- 8 to 10 years (Total) of Operations & Service Delivery Strategy in BFSI/Consulting domain . Should be good at co-ordination and hands on/execution oriented, with an ability to think through ambiguous situations . Experience in Operations & Service Delivery Consulting would be an added advantage Should have the ability & persona to interact with senior/top management executives within and outside the bank
