Operations Senior Analyst - Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Events
- Marketing is responsible for developing internal and external communications to support business strategy and go-to-market initiatives. Marketing translates technical & product positioning into key market messaging that supports the brand and is compliant with regulatory requirements. Work includes:
- Coordinating client contact points to ensure consistent messaging to clients Defining targeted client segments and associated messaging
- Managing marketing infrastructure and content creation
- Creating or coordinating the production and distribution of advertising and promotional materials
- Identifying and executing key launch strategies and marketing plans ensuring messaging is consistent with brand marketing
- Monitoring and reporting of marketing performance against defined metrics

Your key responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for the targeted use of all modules in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Extending Marketing Cloud beyond declarative configuration - including building integrations, and developing dynamic/personalized experiences utilizing HTML, CSS, AMPscript and others
- Training and coaching internal teams to promote effective usage of Marketing Cloud
- Closely collaborating with development teams (Salesforce CRM, Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing, Analytics, Web Operations) as well as stakeholders from Sales and Marketing as well as Communications
- Collecting requirements and helping with release testing for continuous development of Marketing Cloud capabilities
- Supporting creation of event registration pages with our event management tool and related email communication
Your skills and experience:
- First professional experience in marketing automation with an eye for detail
- Good understanding of CRM concepts and interfaces between Salesforce CRM and mass mailing systems as well as content management systems
- Experience in email communication best practices and expertise in SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, Web Studio, AMP Script and SQL is required
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) and Data Cloud (CDP) preferred
- SFMC Email Specialist Certification and/or Developer Certification and/or Sales Cloud Administrator Certification is a plus
- Experience supporting end users, requirements gathering and documentation
- Communication skills in English - both written and verbal
- Bachelor and/or advance degree
