Operations Role - Portfolio Management Services

Job Role :

- Contribute to the development, implementation, maintain, monitoring and review of processes to enables the smooth functioning of the operations pertaining to the PMS;

- The incumbent will be responsible for smooth flow of information to the distributors and act as the solution provider for various queries with the sales team and their partners

- Translates strategic goals to operational plans to help in achieving the desired results of the business

- Design and implement start to end PMS processes, which includes Fund Management and Custody

- Implementation and Compliance of all regulatory requirements including development of systems and processes, filing of reports with SEBI and regulatory audits

- Continuous Process Improvement, designing and implementation of new systems

- Managing internal audits and group requirements

- Coordinating with Sales team and other departments of the group for new product launches

- Managing data authenticity on a day to day basis

- Vendor Management

- Manage error free execution Ensure adherence to compliance while processing all transactions, Ensure all regulatory requirements are correct and completed.

- Ensure regularization of all pending discrepancies within committed timeline and adherence to Clean desk policy

- The candidate is required to assess the existing processes and bring in improvisation to bring in better stakeholder experience

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- CA, MBA, Post Graduate, Graduate or Postgraduate in any disciple

- 10-15+ years of experience in PMS Ops. BFSI space with major stint (atleast 8 years) in PMS Ops with organizations dealing with products of similar asset classes.

- People's person with excellent communication skills and responsiveness

- Orientation to servicing and managing stakeholders
