My Almari is a startup company - a platform aimed at providing easy buying and selling of preloved luxury items. It was created to extend the lifecycle of a garment/product. We support slow fashion while giving our customers unique design options to shop from.
My Almari is an eco-conscious platform for consuming designer fashion, where luxury sellers and second-hand buyers connect for all things preloved.
We need someone who has a basic understanding of Indian and international Luxury fashion brands.
Ideally someone who has worked in the back office of a luxury retail(does not include on floors sales representatives)
Responsibilities :
- Back office manager who manages and overseas daily business activities
- Maintain stock room and keep a track on incoming and outgoing stock
- Optimise efficiency
- Should have broad knowledge on the Luxury Multi- designer brands and have experience on the E- comm side of the business
- Implement efficient processes and standards
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
- Report on operational performance
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations manager or similar role
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Handled multiple luxury designer brands
