Objective of the role: 1. To manage end to end Store chain Ops and PnL for the geographical region, candidate will be hired for. 2. Expectation from the role holder: We are looking for a candidate who has an excellent understanding and experience of managing end to end supply chain operations with a passion for warehouse management & customer deliveries. 3. With an aim to provide customer orders with utmost shopping pleasure, the role holder will be expected to drive functional key responsibilities, efficiencies, and effectiveness in the function. 4. He must be capable enough to drive different facilities spread across a region with a large manpower. The role holder must be flexible to travel across different facilities in the assigned regions and must have the expertise and required business acumen to manage peak season sales. Roles and responsibilities: Operations: 1). Manage entire end to end Supply Chain Operations starting from Warehouse Management to Customer Delivery 2). Drive functional SOPs and metrics across the region 3). Supervise Fleet Operations including Vehicle Management and Timely Deliveries - Manage the budget allocation for the assigned region 4). Manage the P&L accounts for the respective region Design and Initiatives: 1). Develop and deploy an Operating Model that builds and improves operational excellence 2). Assist in planning and expansion of new and upcoming Dark facilities 3). Driving different projects around cost reduction, cost optimisation, increasing manpower and overall operational productivity
