Operations Manager - Startup - IIM/ISB/IIT/NIT/BITS

We are looking for a young Rock star as an Operations Manager, who can work smart, hard and fast in a rapidly growing Series A funded start-up.

The Operations Manager role is to assure the successful execution of the company's business mission & vision

He/She should be able to understand the complexities of drivings seamless operations of the organisation, the challenge of creating a simple and intuitive work flow, and can both build and manage a team as well as dirty his hands.

This is a roll your sleeves up, build and lead a phenomenal team, and do more with less, type of thing. However, of course, you won't be expected to do everything yourself.

The Operations Managers has the end-to-end responsibility for entire Operationsof the organisation. The role would require the candidate to perform the following tasks:

- Recruiting, managing and retaining the hyper active team via a healthy and rewarding work atmosphere

- Developing & ensuring execution of Operational Processes to efficiently operate and grow the business

- Leading and managing a team of Managers and Executives to offer the best in class Customer experience

- Strategizing and executing projects aligned with the company vision and setting aggressive timelines to achieve them

- Proactively experimenting new processes and technologies thus promoting an Innovative and Entrepreneurial culture within the team

- Setting the vision, direction and culture of the team by managing individual expectations and aspirations

- Monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence

Must Haves:

1. Top Engineering Colleges - IIT/NIT/BITS or MBA Colleges - IIMs/ISB

2. 2-4 Years of Experience in Operations - Supply Chain/Factory/City Managers

3. Expected CTC between 10-20 LPA

4. Based out of Bangalore - but ready to travel frequently

5. Dynamic personality who can take up the challenge of field work
