As part of this role, you would:   1) Take complete responsibility of independently executing multiple projects at scale. This would involve:  a. streamlining, strategizing and planning complete operations of the project,  b. training huge amount of student workforce,  c. getting them to go out in the field and execute the task at hand,  d. constantly motivating, praising, criticizing them and getting the work done.  2) Be completely responsible for driving revenue and managing P&L of the assigned projects.   3) Manage the funnel of student applications as received on the assigned projects.  4) Work closely with expansion and marketing team to ensure a healthy pipeline of interns willing to work on the assigned project.  5) Work closely with head of operations and the founders to improve processes in operations with and without the intervention of our product.  In a nutshell, the individual will directly work with the heads of operations and the founders and drive the revenue end to end!  IDEAL QUALITIES:  1) Overall experience: 0.5-2 years.
