Operations Manager - Sort Center - eCommerce

Role is with a Global e-commerce company

Responsibilities :

- Design & implement routing solution for freight flowing between the Fulfillment Center, Merchant Locations, Sort Centers, and Delivery Stations

- Effectively manage resources & processes to achieve required results whilst ensuring compliances and regulatory requirement consistently

- Identify cost reduction opportunities & develops & recomm

- Track Metrics to evaluate performance & take appropriate actions to enable continuous improvement and improved customer experience ends an appropriate processes/business proposals

Preferred Qualification :

- Bachelor- s/MBA full time degree required, and up to 10 years of experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience of carrying out line haul & sort operation.

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to gain co-operation & commitment to action needed

- Customer oriented with experience of delivering service excellence

- Strong commercial judgment & instincts
