Manager -Sales
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize/develop the sales strategy including offers, scripting, campaign timing process changes, etc.
2. Responsible to manage both inbound and outbound sales motion
3. Manage multiple sales campaigns ensuring programs are monitored, delivered in a timely manner.
4. Supervises AMs to achieve and exceed sales objectives
5. Creates an assertive sales culture and environment.
6. Sets and monitors Team metrics and goals
7. Works with Client to analyze sales training opportunities as well as, design, develop and deliver associate sales training
8. Participates in regular call monitoring for quality purposes and understanding of current business conditions and devising strategy and taking timely corrective actions based on understand of Data analysis.
9. Undertakes a range of activities and projects to deliver exceptional customer experience.
10. Develop, train and implement operational and sales tools for Team Leaders to utilize in day to day management of their teams
11. Develop and implement sales-driven SPIFF programs to maximize performance, and provide appropriate impact analysis to target and quantify ROI
12. Achieve and exceed sales revenue goals
Additional Information
Candidate should have at least 5-7 years- Inbound and outbound sales experience.
Should have at least 2-3 Years of experience as a Sales Manager
