Designation: Operations Manager - Retail

Area : Operations

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing Sales Team.

- Achieving Sales Targets.

- Implementing compliance.

- Achieving SPP and ATV of sales.

- Shop floor Management (Merchandizing, Price ticketing & Promotions etc).

- Discipline Management at Shop floor.

Accountabilities:

- Overall Sales achievement, SPP Target Achievement, ATV Target achievement, Category wise achievement.
Inventory Management – Weekly Indenting, Stock rotation, Stock control and shrinkage, Stock liquidation.

- Merchandizing and Promotion – Price ticketing, Promo communication, Stock merchandizing and cleaning, Mega / Mini / Special Promotions.

- Admin & Staff – Reports and Registers Maintenance, Staff Management, Discipline, Product knowledge, POS control, File management.

Educational Qualifications : MBA

- Should know Hindi, English and Telugu.

Experience : 8 - 12 years of experience in Retail industry.

Should also possess a valid passport
