People Management:
- Leading and developing a team of 40-50 Analysts; responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the team.
- Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
- Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with clients policies and procedures; additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.
- Communicating policies to associates and become the primary information source for staff; following-up to ensure compliance and consistency; taking corrective action as necessary and documenting the issue and actions taken.
Process Management:
- Has end-end AP expertise
- Understands wing-to-wing vendor records process
- Driving the SLAs to the business expectations
- Ensure there is controllership in the process
- Driving Quality Check in the process
- Ensure technology being used effectively
- Drive the quality initiatives
- Able to drive customer obsession
Qualifications:
- Master Degree (Pref)
- 4-5 years relevant supervisory / Managerial experience.
- Past experience in supporting an Accounts Payable process is a must
- Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skills in English.
- Experience with the Microsoft suite of products
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes
- Project Management
- Supported North America/EU region in the past experience
- Expert MS Office user
