Operations Manager - Online Fraud Detection - Internet/Online

Salary offered: 15 - 18 LPA

The primary responsibility will be to take care of day to day operations, replying to client mails, generation of weekly reports & team mangement. Besides, process improvements & initiatives will be an added responsibility.

1. Organizing, planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments, in addition to owning the production & quality KRAs for this team.

2. Manage performance measured on operations/business goals, and SLA metrics.

3. Identify individual strengths of team members and contribute to talent advancement along with succession planning opportunities within the organization.

4. Driving appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects in order to achieve operational and business goals.

5. Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes and escalations.

6. Responsible for ensuring and reviewing all compliance requirements for corporate customers.

7. Ensure timely, efficient reporting of suspicious activities and/or transactions to Senior Management/ Stakeholder.

8. Liaise with external/ Internal customers for smooth operation.

9. Experience in an online fraud detection related role.

DESIRED CANDIDATE :

1. Minimum 5 years experience in Compliance / KYC AML / Fraud process .

2. Ability to drive the team to achieve SLAs

3. Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

4. Sound knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools

5. Must have a minimum of 2 years of team handling experience

6. Knowledge of compliance and Due Diligence compliance framework

7. Experience in an online fraud detection related role
