Job Purpose :
- This role plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of retail assets within a financial institution or a similar organization. The primary focus is on managing the efficient functioning of operations related to retail assets, which typically include loans, and other financial products geared towards individual consumers.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Candidate should have prior experience of managing an Operations Unit in Retail Assets Operations.
- Candidate should have prior experience in managing loan disbursal (booking)/Payments/Post Disbursal activities for all retail products.
- The candidate should be well versed with loan documentations across secured and unsecured products.
- The candidate should have effective skills to handle and manage outsourced Staff.
- The candidate should have experience in managing & driving quality and SLA for the unit.
- The candidate should have strong interpersonal & communication skills to liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Focus on automation and digitization to increase process efficiency, Productivity, Accuracy and improve TAT.
- Taking initiatives and advising on the best practices to improve TAT and processes within the unit.
- Ability to prepare and make presentation to Senior Management.
- Conduct Process Reviews and make process changes as applicable.
- Collaborate with the Business, Product, Customer Service, Credit, Technology, Analytics and Risk teams to ensure smooth functioning of business.
- Working knowledge of excel and PowerPoint is required
- Strong exp in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, quality assurance, Budget management.
- Proficiency in using contact center software, CRM systems, and reporting tool
- Maintain constant communication with Heads across locations to ensure proper operations of the company.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QMS protocols.
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companies internal capacity.
- Ensure that production and operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Track staffing requirements, raising hiring request of new employees as needed.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports.
- Achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
