Operations Manager - Manufacturing - Sterile Pharmaceuticals

KRAs & Specific Roles:.

Deliverables:

- Delivering the budgeted quantity, productivity, capacity utilization.

- Achieving targeted line efficiencies and maintaining process rejections within norms

- Fulfillment of GMP norms as per global standards

- Zero defect and conformance to quality standards.

- Maintenance of all the machines and process area.

- Manpower planning and management to improve per capita productivity.

Quality, Safety :

- Strict adherence to signed quality & safety standards

- Ensure appropriate hygienic & safe practices in manufacturing area.

- Experience of facing regulated market audits is desirable.

Lean Projects

- Planning & Successful implementation and completion of all lean projects.

Training and Documentation:

- To ensure adequate training for all the levels under his responsibility so that a competitive line up is built.

- To implement good documentation practices

Candidate Profile:

- M Pharma / B Pharm (Pharma Technology) with 10-15 years experience in manufacturing of Sterile pharmaceuticals.

- Maximum work experience should be in reputed sterile injectable manufacturing facility
