Operations Manager - IT/Telecom - OSS/BSS

REQUIRED:-

Operations manager

- First preference is to have operations with FM and RA background. If they don’t have this then they should have background in BSS/OSS solutions especially related to retain billing, mediation etc..

- They should have some degree of exposure to customer management (external customers) or should have experience working for large telcos’ in a managerial capacity

- Should have experience in managing large teams (10-20 resources) and should have been responsible for hiring, training, appraisal, day to day operations monitoring etc…

- Organizations that you could look at for such ops managers

- All consulting organizations as they local operations – e.g. KPMG, E&Y, PWC etc.. some of these consulting organizations run operations for Ariel etc..

- IT services companies like IBM, Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant etc.. I know that some of these companies deal in RA and FM
