Experience in statutory compliance's, Statutory obligations i.e. EPF, ESI, Factory Act, Welfare Activities, Negotiation/Dealing with Trade Union, Grievance Handling, Liasioning with govt officers,Ensure And Supervise Labor Law Compliances Like ESI

Coordinating in ramping up organizational behaviour with competent cross-functional skills; ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters. And have also got excellent presentation skills with the ability to network with all employees,

Handling team of 20-30 Employees and 17 Branch Office Operations
