Client is a prominent institution belonging to a well known western nation. It has presence in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore. In Mumbai; it runs a well known specialty restaurant and local out reach centre.   Role specs :   Fully responsible for smooth functioning of all departments & in house restaurant.   Conduct regular operations team meeting with team to discuss routine matters, sales targets, customer feedback and any staff issues.   Randomly inspecting the stores (F & B / Kitchen) to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry etc).  Dealing with Suppliers / Vendors for quality products involving Purchase,   Inspecting restaurant for cleanliness, ambiance, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.  Monitor and maintain operational & overhead cost for profitable operations.   Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.  Any other duties assigned.   Location : Colaba, Mumbai.  Weekly off: Friday   Candidate specs:   Should be from Hospitality industry ONLY.   Must have managed operations of large / medium sized restaurants.   Should have strong communication and leadership skills.   Must be able to effectively interact with guests and handle restaurant staff.   Preferred age group: 27-38 years.
