Position: Operation Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Responsibilities :
- Set up the support practice and processes
- Propagate support vision across stakeholders
- Project/ Program Management
- People Management
- Manage ops demand and supply with available Internal/ External resources
- Vendor management
- Building the backup, risk and risk mitigation plan
- Communicate all stakeholders on regular basis
- Drive Documentation of ops team
- Work with Project Managers to plan change management without impacting the Support SLAs and other matrices and plan smooth transitioning to the support team
- Keeping all stakeholders updated on various matrices on regular basis
- Drive Key Project Deliverables like stakeholder management, escalation matrix, communication plan, resource management, document deliverable to project milestones
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in related area
- 12+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Experience in setting up/ working in ops management/ shared services environment
- Experience documenting various support related processes, issues, FAQs
- Experience driving virtual and global ops team
- Knowledge of Ops support best practices.
- Experience working with end users, IT and vendor.
- Experience with managing / working multi function support team
- Experience with ticket analysis, reporting, good understanding of Service Now incident management tool
- Specific training or certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Black belt preferred
- PMP certification preferred
