Operations Manager

- The Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on all financial aspects of the High Tech Business Unit.

- Reporting to the Vice President of the Business Unit, this position is Noida based. Serving as member of the management team, primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the BU's financial functions.

Responsibilities :

- Play a significant role in short and long term planning for the Business Unit.

- Oversee financial management, planning, systems and controls as it relates financial management of the BU.

- Establish industry based best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for reporting and measuring the business as it pertains to the IT outsourcing.

- Create weekly sales and delivery forecasts.

- Work with different groups within the BU and effectively manage resource allocation and bench management.

- Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments of forecasts of the organization's financial performance and operational goals.

- Assist the SVP of the BU in creating and maintaining operational dashboards for presentation to the CEO and the board of directors.

- Tracking and Completion of time-sheet entries, and subsequent client billings.

Desired Qualifications :

- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a Finance department with emphasis on Financial Planning and Operations Management.

- Must possess a strong financial acumen.

- Experience in the IT outsourcing industry is a must.

- Must have handled a $100M+ P&L.

- Proven ability to operate across organizations.

- Strong communication skills required - verbal and written.

- The individual must possess qualities of being extremely pro-active and creative with a hands-on approach.
