As the man in-charge, you would be extensively managing multiple stakeholders ensuring timely delivery of Finance and Accounting Operations for UK setup. You Will Be Responsible for: - Managing day to day operations of the team. - Managing International, Western Europe and Overseas countries accounting control activities and liaising with respective country CFO's/RFO's for the financial reporting packs. - Managing global accounts payable activities, which includes the process and payment of vendor invoices as well as colleague expenses. - Leading process enhancement and improvement projects by leading gap analysis, developing to be processes, identifying training needs and ensuing training materials are created. - Supervise and manage the direct reports ensuring communication and coordination within and across teams. The Successful Candidate : - A financial degree in accounting (CA or MBA in finance preferred), along with good technical knowledge of accounting. - Proven experience in managing a financial share services center providing service delivery operations for a UK/US listed corporation. - Have Diploma in IFRS and knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP and experience in Hyperion reporting preferred. - 12+ years of experience in operations management, transition management and information management as a part of finance operations team. - Extensive experience in legal entity controller ship, reporting and analysis with advance spreadsheet skills.
