Description: The Esports Ops Manager will be required to create and manage tournaments and analyze data for key metrics. Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Lead operations for every single tournament in the ESports vertical - Creating Games Tournament, Starting the Tournament, monitoring tournaments stats and subsequent detailed analysis. - Creating Large multi level leagues and tournaments which involve high user participation - Handling operational and logistical tasks associated with marketing promotions and prize distributions. MUST Haves: - Proficiency in Python and SQL - Sports &amp; Games Knowledge - Have relevant experience playing fantasy sports &amp; Mobile Games - 3-4 years of work experience in Games Operations, Customer Operations, Customer Experience (Support) - Is strong in MS Excel and numbers - Can work out of office hours on a fairly regular basis - Experience in resolving queries - Co-ordinate between different verticals (Tech, Marketing, Product and other relevant teams)
