Operations Manager - eCommerce/Manufacturing

Relevant experience in Ecommerce and Manufacturing company would be a plus.

Candidate will be responsible for overall smooth operations of the company which involves leading supply chain, dispatches and Inventory management.

Core responsibilities would be as follows:

- Overall Smooth functioning of Dispatches for all channels

- Inventory management for RM and Packaging

- Reporting structure for all dispatches and GRNs

- Predicting Demand in coordination with Offline, 3P and online channel heads

- Coordinating with Production and Dispatch team for daily updates

- Setting up systems and processes for better inventory and warehouse management.

Nova Nova is a Food D2C brand in the Sweet snacking space. The company was established in 2014 and known as Waffle House before being rebranded to Nova Nova in 2021. Over the past couple of years, Nova Nova has launched multiple new and innovative products in the chocolate and confectionery category through Digital Channels such as their own website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms such as Instamart, Zepto and Blinkit. Nova Nova is now looking to expand it's distribution offline as well with presence in over 1000 retail outlets across India already.
