Operations Manager - Director Office
We seek an organized individual with strategic acumen and a deep understanding of our company's objectives. Acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and various departments, you will ensure operational initiatives are executed efficiently, driving the company towards its goals.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Efficiently manage daily operations, implementing strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity across departments.
- Project Management: Lead key projects, collaborating with teams to define scope, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate resource allocation, including personnel and budget, to support operational activities and strategic objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between the CEO and department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Strategic Planning: Work with the CEO to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with an MBA in Operations
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
