Our Operations environment presents the candidates with great challenges in dealing with front line management, and driving scalable and continuous improvements across our Fulfillment Centers, Supply Chain & Transportation execution teams.

They is seeking a Operations Manager, Delivery Strategy for its Operations. In this role, you responsibilities will be to:

- Devise mechanisms to measure every element that impacts delivery operations, and drive improvement initiatives to benchmark on cost or quality or both

- Study the best practices of the hyper-local delivery space, both internal and external, and draw and execute plans to achieve the desired outcomes

- Coordinate with DEX teams to study the customer requirements, and devise mechanisms to mould the delivery operations to offer the required service, while balancing for cost and quality

- Work end to end on any new ultra- delivery related initiatives, from design to roll out

- Work on development of standard operating procedures, and tweak them with time to improve delivery experience for customers

- Work on tech capability gaps impairing delivery team's efficiency, and chalk out and execute plans across multiple stakeholders to bring on board the required capabilities

- Understand the Operational needs quickly to innovate and simplify the distribution chain so as to have better Customer Experience at agreed SLA and Cost

- Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze work-flows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications

- Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience

- Design, develop, pilot & roll-out enterprise wide programs around delivery related parameters like performance improvement, cycle time improvement for returns, delivery experience, financial auditing, identification of alternate delivery services etc.

- Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.

Additional responsibilities may include:

- Direct accountability for setting and meeting operational goals, strategic planning and forecasting

- Travel across Cities / Stores / Regions so as to ensure a uniform adoption of the SOPs/best practices

- Step in for a City Manager, in case of exigencies

- Being in the field and supporting operations during peak events

- Implement formal process controls and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen.

Must Needed:

- From Tier 1 Management Colleges only.

- Salary Range: One between 25 Lac to 40 Lacs can only apply.

- Experience: 6 to 14 years (Post MBA minimum 4+ years)
