We @ Empower IT are currently looking for Implementation Manager for one of our prestigious clients Electra Card Services(An Opus Company),for Pune Location-

Position- Operations Manager

Key Responsibility

- Develop and Lead a team to consistently deliver to agreed standards within a Credit Cards Processing Operations environment.

- Overall responsibility for ECS Operations Delivery to identified client(s)

Additional Responsibilities

- Develop and re-engineer operating processes for increased efficiencies

- Operations Training

- Attrition control

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

- Very good listening, communication & people skills

- Good Managerial knowledge of all Credit Card processes, risks and mitigation techniques

- Superlative planning & resource management skills

- Good computer skills to identify & define areas for process automation.

Previous Experience:

- 7+ years in a Cards Centre with a progressive financial institution (MNC or Pvt Sector banks, or Institutions in developed markets overseas), preferably with exposure to multiple operating functions

- 2-3 years as manager of functional unit (e.g. Issuing Services, Account Management, Transaction Processing, Audit & Quality Assurance, Merchant Services Management)
