Designation: Operations Manager
Exp: 7 to 14 yrs
CTC: 14 lpa
Location - Hyderabad
Position summary
- Responsible for overall operational issues on day-to-day as well as long-term deliverables with regard to banking and presentation services
- Need to take care of SLA’s, client relationship and team management
- Accountable for P&L of the unit
Job qualification
- A degree preferably with Masters in Business Administration
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
Job relationships
Reports to Head - Operations and coordinates with on-site Operations Manager.
Job duties
- 100% fulfilment of SLA’s
- Production planning
- Shift loading
- Process implementation and adherence
- Periodical audits for process and security compliance
- Periodical reports in necessary formats as demanded by clients
- Team management and development
- Training and competency development
- Performance management of the team
- Professional guidance and mentoring for Client managers
- Coordination with HR, Finance, Quality on necessary issues and updates to each functional managers
- Retention and control of attrition meeting the set targets
- Developing and deploying strategies for emergency situations
