BANGALORE BASED CANDIDATES ONLY Our client has a shared services organization which is very small and they are looking for a leader. Very importantly, this job is not a delivery role and more of facilitating role in the shared services center which involves ramping up the transitioned process, be a leader to drive process improvement in the organization. Ideally fit shall be a person who has worked in Matrix reporting setup interacting with various functions outside India. This is a must have experience and the candidature may be turned down if the candidate does not have experience in matrix reporting styles. Job Profile Includes 1, This is not a delivery role. This needs to be kept in mind as the challenges will not be as expected. 2. Experience in matrix reporting structure and handling multiple captive clients or business leaders outside india 3. Facilitate process improvement in all the transitioned process. 4. Work with the operations team to identify issues and streamline issues. 5. Hardcore people management 6.
