Specific Competence (Essential) - 

- Extensive understanding of the consumer industries and analytics

- Prior experience of having grown a business and managed global delivery in analytics

- Innovation - having created new service lines.

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Managing GLOBAL DELIVERY (P&L responsibility) for CPG clients

- Work closely with the practice and digital teams to enable digital embedment within the solutions as well as strengthen our overall value proposition.

- Conceptualize and build scalable and sustainable solutions in the areas of talent acquisition, development and management.

- Represent the organization in external forums and conferences as appropriate.

- Evaluate new tools and platforms to optimize the process / service line. This includes exploring partnership opportunities, structuring strategic alliances and keeping a pulse on competitor solutions.

The above includes and is not limited to KRAs such as Noise Free Operations, Employee Satisfaction as well as Client Satisfaction and Business Impact

Minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role -

- Minimum 15-20+ years- experience in CPG analytics

- Proven track record of managing large P&L responsibilities (Service Delivery) in CPG analytics/advanced analytics domain.

- Strong executive presence and lateral leadership skills - ability to engage senior leaders within organization and in client organizations, clear and concise communication.

- High on thought leadership, result orientation and collaboration.

- Must be a self-starter; flexibility in work scheduling and open to extensive traveling to client sites.
