Operations Lead - Supply Chain Management - Telecom

Hiring for a leading Telecom company whose fiber designing team came all the way from Europe to design their network. 

Position : Operations Lead

Experience :- 5+ years

Job Responsibilities

- Supply Chain Warehousing & logistics

- Experience in diverse Supply Chain roles

- Knowledge of Supply Value Chain Last & First Mile operations

- Knowledge of Cross docking and distribution networks

- Understands principles of E2E Supply Chain Network Design

- Thorough understanding of Lean & Six Sigma concepts

- Good knowledge of Data Analysis tools

- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, creating structure and working in dynamic & challenging environments with fast timelines

- High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop problem solutions modelling.

- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality
