Company primarily provides US taxation services. It is an MNC with multiple offices in India and in US. A huge part of the operations are handled in India and we need a highly experienced candidate to manage the end to end of operational requirement in India.   Duties and responsibilities:  Provide functional leadership to the operations teams who work on US & India taxation and other allied services. Team size could be up-to 60 FTEs.  Manage People , Process, and Technology requirements for the organization  Resource and production planning to provide cost effective, high quality service within agreed SLA's.  Lead a team of Senior Managers and Managers. Drive process improvements and best practice sharing.  Builds and maintain highly motivated team with strong work ethics, people practices, goal-setting, and appraisals.  Constant focus on opportunities to automate processes and work with the technology partner to get the required improvement implemented.  Drive business and interface with the clients.
