Operations Head - Startup

Job as City Head-Delhi NCR

- Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week

- Should have worked with either top notch consulting firms, Venture Capital/Private Equity firms/ a person with growth startup experience

- Ability to structure complex problems, and operations experience is very relevant for this Position

- Having worked with revenue and cost side is preferable, since this job involves management of end to end P&L

- Candidate must be high on energy

- Mini CEO role a critical job that involves managing end to end P&L of a city

- Building the brand in a new city from scratch; hiring, training, new stores and business development

- Execution of growth of outlets through understanding of product market fit and strong innovative marketing to capture customers

- Very high on execution role, with complete autonomy

- Well versed in MS Office and Intermediate excel skills

- Ability to contribute towards multiple projects with attention to details, quality and results

- Interest to learn new system/tools/processes

- Ability to work under pressure with stringent deadlines

- Team player

- Ability to maintain flexibility and openness in a rapidly changing environment
