Operations Head

- The position is with a Top Retail Chain based in South India.

- The incumbent is required to manage operations for existing stores of a leading retail brand.

- The incumbent will also be responsible to expand future stores for multiple brands in the area.

- The incumbent will be required to handle end to end operations management of the stores which could include:

- Operations Management

- Team Management / Human Recourse management.

- Strategic Planning of Brand

- Budgets / Forecasts ( Financial year / promotions strategies )

- Business Planning & Marketing.

- P&L Management

- Expansions - Franchise modules / Market strategies.
