Operations Head - Multispeciality Hospital

- Direct responsible for entire range of non-medical operations, continuous growth & development and operational viability of the hospital

- Provide oversight to policies, procedures and protocols for the clinical care to ensure care is delivered in a safe and well-organized manner and thus works closely with all Clinicians, paramedical In-charges and Nursing

- Collaborate on integration of medical services into hospital's overall comprehensive services

- Get actively involved in the process improvement, initiatives to improve care, treatment and services

- Gather feedback and analyze audit reports to ensure patient care is as per expected standards

- Ensures compliances to all statutory requirements for hospitals and liasoning with government bodies for various licenses - applications, follow up and inspection

Participates as member in the following committees:

- Infection Control committee

- Credentialing and Privileging Committee

- Sexual Harassment committee

- Academic committee

- Reviews day to day operations of Diagnostic areas including Labs / Radiology / Blood bank.

- Does OPD/IPD coordination with Doctors / Nurses / Front Desk / Billing including seating arrangement of Doctors in respective OPDs.

- Deals with day to day operational issues for OPD / Diagnostics / Blood Bank / Emergency / IPD

- Participates in quality related committees/ meetings/ plans

- Accountable for review, selection and monitoring of all relevant contracts in the department

- Any other duties assigned by reporting authority
