Operations Head - Manufacturing Firm

- Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the Plant which include Safety, Operating system of the company, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Assembly testing, Inventory Control, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management & Human Resources.

- Responsible to achieve set Operational objectives (monthly and yearly).

- Work closely with all the Functional Leaders of plant to achieve Effective Operational Efficiency, Develop and Improve plant Capacity & Capability and Effective utilization of Human Resources and Equipment

- Develop, Maintain and Improve Continuous Improvement (CI) culture in the plant.

- Drive and Improve Safety throughout the plant - all functions and processes. Ensure Zero accident, Encourage Proactive Observations and quick remedial and compliance with all the policies.

- Develop and Execute plant related CAPEX and other Budget including workforce requirements.

- Monitor and Control OPEX related Cost while maintaining Product Quality and Customers On Time Delivery.

- Remove waste and constraints from the Production Processes to improve Efficiencies and enhance Productivity (Lean Management)
