Key Responsibilities:
- Product and Process Design and implementation including design of all documentation
- IT, both for day to day efficient working of the company and also as a differentiator through innovative deployment
- Management of operational costs within budgets
- Ensuring compliance with Regulatory requirements (NHB etc)
- Legal and Compliance
- Property and Administration
- Essentially, he/she would be responsible for the day to day operations of the company with an ability to think strategically to ensure that the financial goals of the company are met. During the initial period, the incumbent could be called upon to also set up the collections processes and portfolio monitoring analytics in collaboration with the Credit Head.
- Hands on experience in the home finance business would be preferred. A primary responsibility would be to contribute to and execute the strategic objectives of the Company as laid down by the Board and the CEO.
Experience and skills:
- Minimum 12-15 years experience in the retail finance business
- B Tech/ BE with a MBA/ PGDBM qualification
- Experience as part of a start-up with experience in Housing Finance, preferably across different geographies would be desirable
- A result oriented individual with a passion to innovate.
